By creating an account or using Infinity Vault ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an Infinity Vault account.
Your Account & Content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
You retain ownership of everything you upload to your vaults — photos, videos, letters, recordings, and other content ("Your Content"). You grant Infinity Vault a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for having the right to upload any content you add, and for respecting the privacy and rights of family members and other people featured in it.
You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Subscriptions & Payments
Creating a vault requires an Infinity Vault Membership, billed monthly. The current price is shown before you subscribe.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
If you subscribed on the web, your subscription is billed and managed via Stripe, and you can cancel from your account settings.
If you subscribed through the iOS app, your purchase is billed by Apple through your Apple ID, and is managed and cancelled in your Apple ID account settings, not in the app.
If you subscribed through the Android app, your purchase is billed by Google through your Google Play account, and is managed and cancelled in your Google Play subscriptions settings, not in the app.
Additional vaults beyond those included in your plan, and one-time purchases such as printable Memory Books, are billed separately at the price shown at the time of purchase.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Purchases made through Apple or Google are subject to their respective refund policies.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." While we take care to protect and preserve your content, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinity Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that violate these Terms. You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time via the Support page.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
