• Account information: your name and email address when you register.
• Content you add: photos, videos, audio recordings, letters, recipes, songs, poems, and text notes you upload to your vaults.
• Family member details: names, relationships, dates of birth, and photos you add to family trees and capsule profiles.
• Invitation details: email addresses of people you invite to contribute to a vault.
• Payment information: billing details processed securely via Stripe (we do not store your card number).
• Usage data: device type and approximate usage patterns to improve the app.

How We Use Your Information

• To store and display your vault content and deliver it to your chosen recipient at the time you select.
• To send you invitations, reminders, and notifications related to your vaults.
• To process subscription and one-time payments through Stripe.
• To provide AI-assisted features such as narration, song generation, and memory curation.
• To improve the app's performance, design, and features.

How We Protect Your Data

All content is stored on secure, access-controlled servers. Each vault is protected by a PIN that you set. We use row-level security so that only you and the people you invite can access your vault's content. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never passes through or is stored on our servers.

Sharing & Third Parties

We never sell your data. We only share information with the third-party services that power the app — Stripe (payments), AI providers (narration, image and song generation), and email delivery — and only as needed to provide those features. Each of these providers has its own privacy and security obligations.

Your Rights & Choices

• You can delete your account and all associated vault content at any time from within the app.
• You can choose who to invite to each vault and revoke access whenever you wish.
• You can contact us at any time to request a copy of or deletion of your data.
