Question 1

What is Infinity Vault?

Accepted Answer

Infinity Vault is a private digital time capsule where families collect photos, letters, songs, recipes, and voice messages for their child. The vault stays sealed and unlocks automatically on a milestone you choose — like an 18th birthday.

Question 2

Is it private and secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each vault is locked behind a PIN and only visible to the family members you invite. Your memories are never shared publicly or sold.

Question 3

When does the vault unlock?

Accepted Answer

You choose the release date when you create the vault — most families pick their child's 18th birthday. You can also set individual memories to unlock on different milestones like a wedding or graduation.

Question 4

Can other family members contribute?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Invite grandparents, aunts, uncles, and close friends to add their own photos, letters, and messages. Everyone builds the story together.

Question 5

What can I store inside?

Accepted Answer

Photos, videos, voice notes, handwritten letters, family recipes, songs, poems, achievements, growth records, a family tree, and even AI-generated storybooks from your memories.

Question 6

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Creating a vault and exploring the app is free. A small monthly subscription unlocks unlimited storage and all premium features.
